Cap-d’Ail Garage – Glass garage with HIRT HF-90 | Seaside villa

The garage is located right by the sea and is part of a classic ensemble of villas on the French Riviera. The architecture preserves the building’s character while integrating modern solutions that open the space up to the sea horizon.

The four-vehicle garage is designed as a two-story glass façade featuring car lifts that allow vehicles to be raised to the upper level. The project utilizes the HIRT kinetics HF-90 system, featuring a glass front that opens upwards. This vertical opening expands architectural possibilities and allows the façade to be fully opened. Thanks to a precisely balanced counterweight system, the glass elements move smoothly and almost silently.

Thanks to the glass façade, all vehicles remain fully visible and become part of the architectural presentation, creating a striking contrast to the classic villa architecture.
